Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in Shopify and eCommerce to join our team at REKEEPIT. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our app by creating and executing test cases. Experience with Shopify public apps in the App Store is a must, and a background in developing automated testing is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases to ensure the quality of our REKEEPIT app
- Work closely with the development team to identify and prioritize issues
- Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and develop test plans accordingly
- Ensure that our app meets all quality standards and performance benchmarks
- Provide detailed reports on test findings and recommendations for improvement
- Maintain documentation on testing processes and procedures
- Develop and implement automated testing frameworks, where applicable
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and QA methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software QA testing, specifically with Shopify and eCommerce platforms
- Proven experience with Shopify public apps in the App Store
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and plans
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
